Asking For Other, Female 2, karachi

my niece doesn't eat any junk, eats healthy food, brushes her teeth daily, drinks milk, no use of feeder either. But her teeth have been getting black and decaying. My sister tried osnate so it has stop but what of the teeth which are already decayed.

Member of Marham-Forum

keep a check on her sweet intake esp before bedtime, as it's most common reason for decay in children.
those teeth which r decayed must be examined and treated by dentist. so Dental visit is a must and he will advice at other reason for this decay upon proper History and examination

Its not just healthy eating but also the frequency of eating. How often is she taking and how much time is there between meals that is also an important consideration. Also there are certain conditions in which teeth are very prone to caries. I’ll advise to visit a good pediatric dentist. They will better able to manage her teeth.

Assalam u Alaikum
first it's not about junk or healthy food it's depends on how many times your niece brush her teeth ,how frequently she is taking meals and rinsing after meal .. Milk teeth are more prone to caries so it' takes more care as compare to permanent teeth ..now the situation is her teeth are already affected you just need to visit a dentist for examination how much her teeth are affected ,if she needs treatment or not ..so must visit a good dentist for her gross examination

Brush the teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste. Maintain well Balanced diet.Avoid snacks that are sticky (High in sugar). Visit your nearby Dentist, for Chairside Fluoride application, sealants or decayed teeth treatment.

She should brush twice daily with a pea sized amount of paste and rinse with salt gargles or mouthwash after every meal. The treatment of the decayed teeth depends on the extent of caries/decay so you got to visit the dentist for that

Do not worry. Just keep her oral hygiene maintained by brushing, flossing , avoid her feeder as much as you can , give her milk through glass, let her permanent teeth eruption and with time her baby teeth would shed and healthy permanent teeth will erupt and everything will be fixed. Do visit our clinic for decayed teeth to fix them and to prevent them from pain.
