no it's not harmful filling foreign substance he islye extra salivation horhi he. daron me zada tar silver filling krty hein because of strength pareshan maat hou you can ask your dentist for white filling too.
AOA dear, the silver filling is not done by any good dentist anymore. it is heavy and breaks the tooth. do not get it done in any more teeth.

Nahi ye harmful nahi hoti.increased saliva production ki kafi wajha hoti hain jese poor oral hygiene,ghalt filling,gastric acid reflux etc.
