night guard and meds are basically just management. you have to address the core problem which is usually stress and anxiety that lead to bruxism. another thing u can go for is botox in the jaw muscle. refer your dentist to see if its a suitable option for you.

U have to find out what is the cause of this habit...It mostly happens due to stress and anxiety...visit a psychologist and do stress releasing exercises and yoga...use mouth guard and painkillers along with it. Massage face muscles with warm oil 2 times a day...and visit a nearby dentist to evaluate the dental condition.

There can be several root causes for this grinding. It mostly happens due to GIT issues or Mental health issues. Both should be addressed properly and request for a softer oral splint too. And try meditating or breathing exercise before going to sleep. It happens mostly due to stress. I had a similar issue, so I got therapy from a psychologist along with mouth guard, warm compressions on face, oil massage and medications for anxiety . It improved a lot!

This problem occurs mainly due to stress and anxiety. Mouth guard should be worn through out expect during meals. Warm saline rinses, medications for muscle relaxant such as nuberol forte should be taken once daily for 1 to 2 weeks initially. Warm compressions on side face will work too. So combine supportive therapy will In shaa Allah relieve your pain.

Teeth grinding can be caused by several reasons. Initially a supportive therapy like night guard and medications are indicated but if the problem persists or is causing other symptoms, you should see a good dentist for examination of your jaws and teeth.

Consult good dentist he will see the damage already done and make some appliance to end this damage by grinding teeth

Dentist in Rawalpindi - Dr. Maria Imran

Aoa. The grinding and clenching of teeth usually happens due to stress. You should get checked by your nearest dental clinic or the same dentist for an extensive check up, as there are multiple reasons for failure of one technique. Meanwhile, you should do warm compresses of your temple bone too so your nerves on the sides get relaxed a little bit this way.
Secondly, along side you can do different meditation techniques for your stress as well.

There's always a treatment present for all our problems. Please don't lose hope.
Did you go to your dentist again? Did he tell you any other thing following your case history from the start?

You need soft massages of your temporomandibular joint, which are supposed to be done in circular motions twice to thrice daily. Along with it, get yourself checked by a psychiatrist who can help you get rid of your stress and anxiety; the major cause of your bruxism. May Allah make it easy for you.

Dentist in Lahore - Dr. Aiman Sheikh

this can be due to a number of reasons. if night guard isn't helping, get a proper assessment done in order to rule out the actual cause. meanwhile try doing jaw exercises and warm compresses to relax the muscles.
