My teeth are very clear but somte time I start bleeding from my gums just touching with my tongue. also gums are leaving base of tooth.

You need thorough tooth cleaning (scaling). It seems they r clean but plaque is inside the gums which can only be cleaned by scaling.

With your complaint it seems you need a deep scaling it's better to visit your nearby dentist ASAP till that, use mouthwash orohex and toothpaste protect G and correct your brushing method
