Aoa rct on this teeth was performed 2 months ago . Still seems minor infection. It will resolved by it's own or should i take any antibiotics?

Rct is not done properly. Thats why infection might persist. Otherwise any translucency on radiograph takes at least 6 months to disappear.

I can’t see the picture. But presence of infection is not good. It should be treated. If the dentist has used medication while sealing your RCT, we can hope it will resolve
