Aoa. You might have some cavity that needs proper treatment like filling/root canal treatment. Visit the nearby qualified dentist. Till then you can have tab Synflex twice a day for pain management but do not use it for a longer time. Use Prodent tooth paste and mouth wash for some relief from sensitivity.

Aoa, the pain is the 3rd last teeth is might be due to a cavity. The medication for this is synflex 550 mg. In case of infection add flagyl 400mg too.
For sensitivity,sensodyne toothpaste and warm saline rinses are recommended.
you need to get consultation from nearby dentist,,who may advise u to get radiograph done..then decide treatment, can u please share the photograph of ur affected tooth region
