if u have localised sensitivity .it may be due to cavity in a single tooth ..u need to get proper consultation/ cheak up by a dentist ..after examination and x ray .we can diagnose the cause nd than treatment can be perform ..
localized sensitivity can be reason of carious tooth.. you need proper evaluation.
Does it hurt all the teeth or one tooth?
If it hurts all of them, you probably have sensitivity, use pro sensitive toothpaste.
If it's related to only one tooth it maybe carious.
Visit nearest dentist and get yourself evaluated.
You just need to consult a nearby qualified and skilled dentist..

visit Dentist for a proper checkup and x-ray( if needed)then a proper diagnosis can be made and treatment adviced
most probably a deep Carious lesion and other condition can be gum recession and bone loss.
seems to be if there's a cavity you need an evaluation, pulp capping or root canal treatment is probably the solution.
