Asslam u Alaikum Thanks for providing such a great platform here. I have bcak line in mid of chew teeth and tiny hole in side thats why i feel hit and cool sensitivity. I am brushing daily but can't go to Dr. Suggest me some home remedies or tooth paste or any other way to minimize these problem thanks

brush twice daily (after breakfast and before bed) to "prevent" decay...however, once the tooth is decayed, you will need to get it treated.
seems like your tooth is decayed. there are no alternatives to filling/rct ..for which you will have to visit a dentist

use sensodyne rapid action before sleeping and after breakfast. leave it for 2min and then brush ur teeth. Visit ur nearby dentist.. as it needs treatment. Filling is needed as soon as possible.

As I can’t see the tooth it’s not confirmed but according to your saying it seems like you have caries in your tooth that needs to be treated otherwise you may loose your tooth if caries spread or get deep. I would suggest get your full mouth Check up by booking an appointment otherwise it’s upto you.

Salam! Back line and tiny holes in your tooth means you have got a cavity. Visit the dentist for proper checkup. If it’s a small cavity, filling should be done and if it’s large, X-ray will be done and then the treatment. Either filling or root canal treatment.. should be done anyway. You can use sensodyne rapid action tooth paste after breakfast and dinner. You can also do salt water rinses ( if you haven’t BP issues).
