A Boy clenched his teeth 1 Month ago. now the smell coming from his tied teeth. now what should he do for the smell? Any advice?

Aoa. The reason for the smell must be ruled out by clinical examination. Till then rinse with saline and some mouth wash like Clinica mouth wash. The patient should increase water intake to avoid dry mouth condition. See some qualified dentist at earliest.

Bad smell cannot be because of clenching. there might be cavities or gum problems or plaque/calculus in his mouth. kindly visit dentist for examination
do scaling avoid sugary dietary tooth brush three times a day and ent check up for adenoids and tonsils and night guard for clenching
proper clinical examination must . evaluate the teeth n gums conditions having any caries & gums infections .

needs periodontal evaluation, scaling of teeth , and use of mouthwash ,must visit nearby qualified dentist .
advice him to brush his teeth twice a day. after breakfast and after dinner. Use mouthwash after every meal and visit your nearby dentist for evaluation.
