you have temporomandibular joint problem, need to make an appointment for further diagnosis and treatment

wsalam. probably aap Raat ko daantoun ko aapas mein rub bhi Karti houn gi. it's a temporomandibular joint related problem. You need to do light massage of the joint in circular motion twice daily. And along side get checked by an oral maxillo facial surgeon soon for further examination.

you have probably TMJ disease make an appointment and for further diagnosis and treatment

apko joint issue hy ...stress related bhi ho sakta hy or bhi causes ho sakti hy so nearby kisi maxillofacial surgeon ko check karwy......or tb tk ye precaution ly ly
soft diet ly.....moun kam kholien.....
raat k sony se phly kapra gram kar k kan k agy joint per takoor kary....phr so jaen ...lakin phr pankhy k nechy sona avoid karna hy
