take colgate sensitive pro relief paste and do finger message for one min then do brush n rinse it
take one glass of luke warm water add mouth wash in it. do gargle twice a day for sensitivity. For your stains we will have to examine your teeth clinically.

it's normal to feel sensitivity one week after scaling if it persist more than 1 week consult ur dentist.
After scaling, there is mild sensitivity. It will get better within few days.
