Since there is history of trauma to the teeth and swelling as well u need proper checkup and X-rays to decide further treatment. Till then use good toothpaste.
This is indicating an underlying infection and most probably periodontics
you must visit dentist to get treatment for the tooth that faced a trauma and your gum conditions.
AOA, due to swelling in whole gum, u should go for scaling, and for traumatic tooth- u should consult with dentist.
