Both are gud options..depends on case selection after proper evaluation & patient's requirements! Aligner's are esthtically gud but costly.

Both the treatments are valid and have good result, depending upon patients compliance. There's a difference of total cost, time duration, esthetics, protocol for both of these.
There are some limitations for aligners though it seems applicable in your case.
Get yourself examined and evaluated from a certified dentist or better an Orthodontist. Best of luck :)
