aoa, my teeth are unaligned, dr has suggested me for braces, zruri nhi samjha itna or to be honest its costly, here drs are just making money so just plague cleaning karwai thi slightly setting kawai teeth corners ki, were looking little better that time.. now my front tooth colour is turning black from inside and sometime i fell a mild pain in it too moreover from the bottom side it os turning dark yellow without any injury.. im confused what to do now.. please suggest me a good dr of possible here if not then in karachi or a reliable treatment plan.. worst condition of my teeth are affecting my personality, im so worried now?

get your scaling and polishing done once in a year at least..brush twice and floss once daily. and try to consult in a government hospital in Karachi the cost is much less than private clinics.

thankyou.. i had my tooth xray done yesterday, he suggested RCT+ CROWN.. it is a childhood injury between age 6-9 which i dont even remember now.. and recommends braces too.. it cost is bit high.. plz suggest any good public hospital in karachi if there is a cost difference.

W/S, ye issue ziada nahi hai, aap just RCT krwayen, phir usky baad color theek hojayega, aur pain b. Baqi agr color phir b wapis theek na hua to aap bleaching krwa len. InshAllah theek hojayega :)
if Dr has suggested you braces then it might be some valid reason behind them, altho it's up to you , if you don't want to get it done it's your choice. other then that if ur front teeth is turning black get a periapical x ray done. we'll exactly get to know what the problem is. RCT is always a solution for this kind o coloration n resolving the pain. later on if the color persist u can go for veneers or bleaching.

i had my xray done yesterday, he suggested RCT+ crown. moreover he said if im making my mind for braces, then go for braces first then rct..
