examine karna parega hoskta he aagay peeche kisi dant mein cavity ho. visit dentist for assessment
repeat xray and take proper antibiotics and painkiller.
it will get better in 3 months , no need to worry . just use your usual painkiller for pain relief and a lot of multivitamins. no need for antibiotics
get the other tooth properly checked.
might be there is some other tooth causing pain.
