you need to consult a Dentist for clinic evaluation. on pictures it is difficult to diagnose..
Visit your nearest dentist for evaluation
There are some stains and yellow calculus. It will not go with brushing and need carefull scaling and polishing.
It happened brushing was not done in proper timing and technique. And now the mass has deposited and became so hard that i wont come off with brushing. Visit a dentist to get the patient examined and treated.

This seem to be calculus or tartar deposit... Visit some nearby dentist for further evaluation....
seems like a little deposition of food and saliva things ( calculus).
nothing is worrying about.
you can visit a nearby dentist he or she will remove it and explain you how you can prevent this to deposit again.
dentist will also guide you about how you can keep your teeth clean and healthy.
note. this yellowish think can't remove at home or with the help you brush.
