My lo who turned 6 this month keeps touching her ear, also she has itchy gums, is it a sign of teething? as till now there's no teeth yet.

yes It's seems teething.. babies teething at around 6 months.. babies usually gnawing and chewing on things a lot. rubbing their ear.. rash on their face. sometimes mild temperature.

Yes doctor she does appear to have mild to low temperature. she doesn't have diarrhea but she's being cranky. Also, she wants to chew on everything so I'm guessing teething is near
