my son is 3years old now...when he was around 1 year old he fell down on floor and got wound on his gums jiski waja se iska front tooth Thora gum k Ander chala gya tha or bleeding bht hoi thi winters the or rat Kafi thi to hum doc k han lekr NH gae or bleeding band b hogai Kuch months bad tooth wapis Bahar ki tarf apni jaga pe agaya Lekin tooth pic me jaisa hai waisa aya tha...humne last month doc ko dikhaya to unhone kaha k blood jam gaya hai islye esa aya hai tot kr Sahi ajaiga...Lekin mere son ka Jo zakham tha wo ab tk thk NH hoa hai zakhum hamesha hi esa rha hai jaise taza ho red rehta hai Lekin ab Kal se usi zakham pe is Tarah ka Dana pas Wala horha hai Thora irritating b horhi hai use...picx attached Hain...koi doc bataen kia me isse dentist k pas lekr Jaon ya child specialist k pas lekr Jaon?

it's a case of Trauma . ap visit Kare Dentist k Pas isko deal Karne k lye pehle is daant Ka X ray Karna zarori Hoga . without X ray koi treatment Karna himakat hogi . is age mei bacho ka kheilna koodna bht hota hai Tu is tarha k trauma ho Jate hai but daant ko save Karne ki option ko priority Di jati hai because permanent daant 5 years ki age k bd nikalte Ha or agr usse pehle koi daant kharab ho jae ya trauma ho jae Tu usse treatment Karne ki option Hoti hai. 1st preference yehi dega k without treatment medication se Sahi ho jae . agr resolve na ho Tu treatment hota hai . or jab kch b na hal nikle Tu daant extract Kia jata hai. otherwise permanent daant k and ki age tak wait Karna zaida munasib hai . but in sab mei k lye pehle apko dentist k Pas visit Karna lazmi hai and X ray Hoga then baqi sab cheezein Dekhi jaengi .. if you are from Karachi ap mere pas visit Kar skti hai ..

Actually that trauma not only affected the gums but also the tooth ,pulp inside the tooth necrosed which turns tooth clr into brown it is possible that infection was not reached at root tip at that time so no gums boil history at that time now it has ,so you are noticing that change ....must vist dentist today

tooth k andr pulp hota hai and due to trauma pulp damage hua hai or uski waja sy infection hua hai or pus bn raha hai jisy ap pus wala dana keh rahy ho.
treatment mn is tooth ka xray hoga and then according to xray we can decide is tooth ki pulpectomy hogi ya extraction.
