I have very dull irritating throbbing headache after wisdom tooth extraction , it’s 7 day , How long should I expect this pain ? I’m on painkillers , I have stiff jaw also , Ye b kab tak rahe ga?

After a week it shouldn't be happening.
There could be many reasons it's better to get a clinical examination done.
You can do warm salt water rinses and take a pain killer like Panadol for now.

was it lower tooth? if you have opg xrays, can you upload it? was bone removed? pain may stay for about two weeks after the surgery. start chewing gum moving your jaw, if stitches were placed, get them removed, rinse thoroughly after everything you eat.
aoa this needs to b checked that extraction is properly done. n healing is going on.
