History: Joint Pain Blood Pressure Abdominal Pain Eyes Pain
Assalam u Alaikum
you need to visit a Maxillofacial surgeon for this issue ... only a Maxillofacial surgeon can deal these type of cases. and start using a good mouthwash like Niflam for maintaining you oral hygiene and for temporary analgesic effects to your tongue and teeth. .
physical checkup needed especially if there are sharp edges

use kanalog orabase ointment 3 times a day on the ulcers and where ur tongue is burning. and also take tab, ibert folic 500 mg once a day. do this treatment for a week. and consult dentist here
please avoid spicy food and get check up from doctor for hypertension medicines... take multivitamins such as surbex z and for dental issue use dentisept mouthwash daily
Do gargles by 20 drops of nystatin drops twise a day take subex z one tab daily
Maintain your oral hygiene. I recommend using mouthwash twice daily other than brushing time. Use kanalog ointment and also take folic acid. You need a complete oral examination and for that, you should visit a dentist to rule out the matter in detail
