get an opg xray. and visit a dentist. until then you can do rinses with warm saline water or add enziclor mouthwash. use brufen tab 400mg 8 hourly.
warm salt water rinse 6-7times daily,apply revomet gel,visit dentist
neem grm pani me namk add kr k kuli kre din me 3 dfa.
or take panadol 500mg

You can do mouth rinses with luke warm water and salt 4 to 5 times daily also for pain you can take brufen 3 times daily for 3 to 5 days. If it does not get better, go to dentist for further evaluation. It will be extraction most likely
