Meri wife ko kal se (daarh) me bohat pain he jiski wajah se uske face ki dard wali side swelling hogai he, usko koi medicine ab tak nahi di he sawae desi tootko ke kyun ke wo pregnent he 5th month chal raha he pregnancy ka, please advise any pain killer to relieve in pain and swelling.

apparently there is an abscess and she needs antibiotic therapy. you can give her
Cap. Amoxil 500mg, three times a day.
2 Tabs of Panadol can be used for pain. these medicines are considered safe during this phase provided continued for 5-6 days. after the swelling subsides, see your family dental surgeon for further treatment i.e RCT or tooth extraction.

pain is due to infection. but 5th month is save us me treatment ho sakti hai. but antibiotics and painkillers ap khud na lain dentist se pouch k suru karain
better to take painkiller panadol 3 times aday agar pain khatem nhi horha plus cap amoxil 500mg 2 times a day morning evening for 5 days.5th month is safe for dental procedure u can consult some good dentist for further evaluation

You have give Painkiller Panadol and Ponstan. Augmentin 625mg is safe to use in pregnancy. Tooth has to be treated in clinic and u should see a doctor for treatment
aoa she need to see the dentist. as medicines are not generally safe in pregnancy. if it is due to infection then she need root canal treatment

only painkiller bit safe in 2nd trimester (4th month to 6th month ) is panadol
but she need to consult her gynecologist before taking medicines plus need to see dentist immidiately for any possible local treatment
