walaikum u salaam wrwb, if you feels it is slightly overjet then no need for extraction but if you have sever overjet problem then no other option except extraction.
W.Salam
If you want braces for the said teeth and the teeth are so weaker , so no need to go for braces , then better to go for extraction of the said teeth .
only a qualified orthodontist can rightly comment upon your case, after thorough examination.
Assalmualikum. Your problem can be best assessed by X-rays and pictures. Kindly provide them here. Also, teeth extraction has no side effects. Don’t worry
visit clinic for proper evaluation and best treated options
if you are in Lahore visit cosmo dental clinic for detailed evaluation
ortho can be best assessed via radiographs!
proper evaluation and examination is required for your appropriate treatment...sometimes extractions are required in cases and sometimes without extractions treatment can be done...but first you need to visit and consult atleast 2 or 3 dentist before opting for any treatment
It will not cause problem if properly maintain after orthodontic treatment and overjet will come within normal limits..All other things will be evaluated after u get proper examination and diagnosis
treatment with conventional or metal braces usually ais planned with extracting 2 or more teeth. visiting a clinic which helps you evaluate or condition in the presence of a orthodontist will help you decide much better for a good course of action
after proper clinical and radiographic evaluation(OPG and Ceph) various consequences of the tooth are noted.malocclusion ,overjet etc .After all this proper treatment plan is adviced by orthodontic that tooth should bhe extracted or not.Sometimes tooth should be extracted to maintain normal overjet and maintain Class 1 incisior canine and molar relationship with maximum anchorage.
