assalam o alaikum me ne 2 week phele pain ke wajha se tooth xray ker waya tha jis me mujhe wisdom tooth extraction ka kaha gaya tha because wo sath wale tooth ko kharab ker raha hai jo ke me ne marham per bhi lagaya tha but me dosre doctor ke pass extraction ke liye gaya aur unho ne xray kiya to unho ne kaha ke aap ka second tooth bilkul sahi hai. me dono xray attach ker raha ho kindly guide ke dono xray me diffence kiyun hai .

Because these xrays are 2 dimensional images, these are two different angles. Best method to clarify these ambiguous cases is by getting a CBCT done which gives 3D Image and hence accurate results.
1/2 is advising ideally but 2/2 is saying it as his x-ray magnification is not good enough to detect the presence of disease

Ok.. So your tooth wisdom according to xray is horizontally impacted and with time will attempt to corrupt your 2nd molar . Extraction of the wisdom is advised in your case. Further delay can damage the adjacent tooth
Your first dentist was right. 3rd molar is causing inflammation around its area which can lead to spread infection and inflammation in 2nd Molar tooth.
kindly go for surgical extraction of 3rd Molar without any delay.
There is a difference of angulation, brightness and contrast in both xray- shouldn't be a confusing element, basline is your 3rd Molar is malaligned, impacted and needs removal.

with out delay you go for surgical extraction because in coming days if you are not extract the tooth it will damage the 2 nd molar because it is horizontally impacted.

1st xray say pata chalta ha k asal masla yehi ha k wisdom tooth terha ha or vo sath walay dant ko hit ker raha ha. Is main yehi hona chahae k aap wisdom nikalwao or wait ker k dekho. Ager sath wala dant pain ni kerta to fine. Ni to 2nd tooth ki root canal krwa k crown krwa laen. Bacha laen dant ko.
as per the 1st x-ray it is easy to diagnose. but how old is the x-ray? as per the x-ray the problem is in the position of wisdom/3rd molar. which needs to be extracted/removed. the second x-ray quality and exposure area is limited so it's not of much help in diagnosing.
take painkiller and visit Dentist as soon u can for wisdom tooth extraction
Hello, its better to get it extracted because its horizontally impacted and chances are it might affect the adjacent tooth which is second molar. Abi ke liye its fine lekin agay jakay masla hosakta hai

Aoa.. as its clear form the x-ray that ur third molar is impacted and putting pressure on the adjacent tooth. If its painful or you have experienced any swelling or difficulty in mouth opening, its better to get this impacted tooth extracted.
