Hi doctors!! I am suffering from toothache and bleeding from my teeth with bad breadth even I am brushing three times a day. I have done wisdom tooth extraction and 6 teeth filling two months ago and the one of my molar filling was unsuccessful which doctor did root canal. Now I am suffering from bad breath and bleeding from gums. Please advice me. Thank you

I dont want scaling and polishing it will further damage my teeth because after filling my teeth became too sensitive.

scaling and polishing never damage your teeth or gums. It depends on the dentist how he is performing his job!

yes but one of my molar is too sensitive even when I brush it bleeds and when I drink cold water it pains. So if I do scaling in this case I am afraid my molar teeth will be extracted

your gums aren't healthy, scaling is mandatory for gums and molar tooth that undergo root canal needs crown ,bad breath issue will be sort out after scaling and brush the tongue too from backside of you brush (special brush for tongue scraping)
Please visit any qualified dentist maybe you need phase-1 therapy which includes scaling and polishing etc

perhaps your doctor forgot to do the scaling.
kindly visit a dentist and go for scaling and polishing.
Your past dental history tells me that your mouth is highly susceptible to bacterial infection or your oral hygiene is inadequate or improper.. But oral examination can only tell what actually is the problem..
Gum bleeding can be hormonal or due to gingivitis (caused by supra or sub gingival calculus deposits).. After careful examination (clinical or radiographical) you might need medication for gum infection control or scaling and root planning treatment with proper oral hygiene monitoring and explanation..
Apart from this 2 times brushing is adequate (1 half an hour post breakfast and 1 before going to bed) you can use mouthwash (alcohol free) once every week which should not overlap with your brushing and flossing is a must after every meal without damaging gums.. Wha you can do is watch YouTube videos regarding proper brushing technique and for a week or two gargle with luke warm salty water before going to bed and use paradontax toothpaste for 2 months

Visit dentist please. You must need scaling for bleeding gums and bad smell could be cz of any extended cavity. Kindly get these treated asap.
