Assalamoalaikum, first tooth ki condition check karwayen, dentist k pas jayen. Hosakt hai filling se theek hojaye. Baqi pain k liye panadol tablet len abhi. Aur doctor visit kren. During pregnancy proper care kren. InshAllah theek hojayega.

2nd trimester mein treatment ho sakta hai, please visit a dentist. only take panadol
5th month mai we can go for dental procedure . go to dentist as early as posible .for time being take panadol only
