if u are in your 1st or 3rd trimester treatment cannot be done n you can only takr panadol. if its 4-6month then have a proper treatment. for further advice please visit a dentist

Visit the dentist if you are in your 2nd trimester (4-6 months hai agr) and if not then take panadol only and neem garam paani mai 1 chutki namak daal kr moo mai rkhen, jb mehsos ho pani ki hararat km hogae hai tou phenk den and repeat this process for 4-5 times, it will relief the pain somehow
better visit dentist to get proper pain relief otherwise over medicine is harmful ....
