it's recommended that you avoid any medication as much as possible. better to visit a dentist nearby. The only painkiller safe for you is Panadol or tylenol.as far as treatment is concerned some treatments can be easily be done in second trimester to relieve your pain.

you can take the penicillin group under the supervision of your gynaecologist. 2nd trimester is safe for the dental procedures too as organogenesis is complete by then.

U consult ur gyncologist first .If u can't bear out pain Then u take Panadol simple .If u bear it then skip any type of medication .
