aoa, if the problem is in gums ,then you have to go for scaling as most of the ladies have in pregnancy.
but if the tooth is involved in pain then we can tell you the medicines only after clinical evaluation.

visit your Dentist as soon you can for a proper checkup and get teeth cleaning done.
if u have pain in tooth then ask your Gynaecologist for medicine which u can take
avoid sweets. brush after every meal.
do warm salt water rinses and drink more water
