I am facing an issue of really a bad smell from my mouth. I do tooth-brush in normal routine as we should do. But still my mouth smells a lot and it feels me pretty ashamed while communicating with others at a close range. What may be the reason behind this all.? Is this a problem with my stomach, liver or teeths.? Is there any medicine or home remedie to cure this. Regards.

go get your scaling done ASAP followed by oral hygiene instructions
I ll advise you to get scaling and polishing done.Use mouthwash.If you smoke,rinse/brush after that.Also bad smell can also be caused due to throat and lung infections,stomach problem acidity,diabetes etc you can also consult doctor for that if bad smell problem doesnt subside.
first you should visit dental clinics for scaling and polishing yo rule out any teeth related problem

avoid eating food that caused bad breath like raw onion, garlic and brush after every meal and drink more water.
WS. Dear we need to examine you in order to find the cause. Mostly everyone is following the brushing habbit but their technique is not okay. Also when you are brushing make sure u clear your tongue as well. Besides that if u havent had scaling and polishing done in the last 6 months u can go for one. Regarding systemic problems stomach etc we need some tests to confirm that but again thats subject to your clinical examination. Thankyou

Walaikum Assalam. Get a deep cleaning done from a dentist. Sometimes there are food particles deep into the gum pockets causing smell. Use mouth wash or salt in Luke warm water rinses twice a day for few days. Use floss every day and vigorously.
