Panadol Plain-Potency 500mg Plain without caeffine/8 hourly for 3 days or
Ponstan-500mg/8hourly for 3days
consult your general physician or specialist before taking these medicines if, have prior medical conditions like impaired heart, neural, liver and kidney functioning
do not take aspirin or any blood thinner 3 days prior to visiting dentist or wait and stop aspirin intake before that
and kindly visit nearby dentist for an x-ray...
if pulp is involved then kindly get your pulp chamber opened by a simple procedure, have your pulp chamber irrigated it will provide relief to you immediately in least time
