Assalamu alikum
Bleeding gums usually are due to accumulation of calculus and plaque leading to swollen gums(gingivitis). Get checked from nearest dentist for proper evaluation of your gum health. Treatment for gingivitis is usually scaling and polishing to remove the calculus accumulated over a period of time. For better answers kindly upload pictures of your teeth both from the front and if possible the condition of the teeth on the tongue aspect

Hello, You need to improve your oral hygiene also, Seek professional help such as deep scaling and polishing. Temporarily you can use toothpaste such as parodontax to stop bleeding but it will be temporary. The permanent treatment is scaling and polishing with proper oral hygiene instructions.

Gum bleeding is not a natural occurring phenomenon.. It can occur in certain conditions due to hormonal regulation or could be because of gingivitis (gum swelling due to underlying disease or calculus deposits ). Calculus is basically minute food particles that get stuck in gum tissue and are hardened by salivary action.

So basically history is required in your case along with clinical examination to diagnose exact cause. And if the cause is gingivitis due to calculus then your treatment would most likely be scaling Polishing or root planning.. Else medications are prescribed for people who have any underlying infection.

Onece you are done with scaling you need to follow strict oral hygiene maintenance regime in order for gums to heal ( this involves gargling, mouth wash use, proper toothbrushing and flossing). Apart from this if you experience reoccurrence of such phenomenon then there is no harm in getting cleaning done twice yearly from a professional.. So get yourself diagnosed properly.. Your problem would be solved Inshaa'Allah
