Walailum salam. Diagnosis: pericoronitis
Explanation: Infection was not treated before the extraction.
Treatment: take antibiotics cover( calamox)
Note: if allergy from penicillin then go for other antibiotics
Twice a day for three days
If doesnot reside then a minor surgical procedure to remove the skin( operculum) and washing with saline and cleaning the area and suturing if the area needs for proper healing.
Home remedies along with medication: keep the area clean use mouthwashes such as Enziclor.
