I am having a sharp pain in the lower right side of my mouth. This has to be wisdom teeth. The pain can be felt throughout the lower teethes. Please let me know how to get over it as there is headache and pain in all lower teeths
Please visit us or call us through marham for best treatment
you can use painkillers to overcome pain. better is to consult a dentist for expert opinion.
You have to mention that is any of your tooth on lower right side having deep cavity or not. If yes then you have to go for a radiograph.
I think. you are not quite sure to identify the tooth number present posteriorly in the lower jaw. It is better to exmine it cliniclally. The pain may be in the last, wisdom tooth that is referred to front &back.
it would be nice if you get OPG and send its pic. Meanwhile you make start the painkiller and antibiotics which are suitable to your body and do the rinsing with mouth wash to have the soothing effect temporarily.

Either you have to get it extracted surgically or you can take antibiotics for the time being to evade the pain ... In both cases you'll be fine in sha Allah. May Allah grant you shifaa
You should better get it evaluated and go for extraction if advised by your dentist
