Hi All,
I have had a wisdom tooth removal. Though i feel minimal pain and some stiffness in the area with mild swelling. I happen to have a cricket match which will call for strenuous running. I want to know if it is advisable to engage into a sports ativity (highly active) 22 hours post removal procedure.

Not recommended for atleast 5 days because if you dislodge the clot, it will take ages to heal. Better safe than sorry
