Doctors mera ortho treatment chal raha ha 2 1/2 years hogae hen ab mera wisdom tooth nikal rehe hen upper right nikl chuka ha and lower left nikl raha ha. Jb ka lower ka 2no horizontal hen mujah meri ortho doctor na kha ha ka ye 4 ro nikalwne honge ap ko and oral surgery ka doctor na kha ha ka ap ka lower ka buhht horizontal hen tw is ko GA ma niklwae. My question was that kiya mujah 4 ro nikalwane honge tooth ? Or lower ka GA ma nimal zaroori hen ? Agr nhi nikalwao koi bi tw ortho treatment ma farq pera ga?
agar apney 3 molar displaced hein,ya horizontal impaction hai tu behtar hai keh app 4 nikla dein.agar GA ka kaha hai tu ask that doctor to extract all 4 wisdom under GA .

No,pain nahi hota but the procedure time is long.your mouth opened for a longer time, you will be tired.
