Most probably its pericoronitis.
Neem garam paani main namak daal kr din main 3 martaba kulli karain.
Raat sonay se pehlay brush zaroor karain.
Har khanay k baad pani se kulli kr lain, peechay khana na jama ho.
Phir jub ho sakay dentist ko ja k checkup kara lain

Namak walay pani ki kulliyan din main 3 partaba atleast 1 week k liyay kr k daikhain.
Us se sirf gingivits ho sakta hai, bleeding ya swollon gums. Zayada naheen.

Tou might need antibiotics, but without proper medical history medicines cannot be prescribed.It seems like you are ha Ng pericoronitis, it may spread to the adjacent tissues and spaces, get it treated promptly
it's most probably pericoronitis,
At home tx:
saline gargles
mouthwash
pain killer
try not to eat from that side to avoid food impaction.
Get your xray done first
then visit your dentist.
Pericoronitis might be one of the differentials requiring antibiotic therapy but I always recommend examination and clinical evaluation. A consultation must be sought with a Marham verified specialist in your area for proper diagnosis and treatment planning. Maybe an operculectomy is required too.
