It's better to get treatment done from any dentist. Because painkillers will only give temporary relief.

Don't go for self medications. kindly post a picture of tooth so we xan go for proper treatment options
You may use any paibkiller that suits u.. But dosage and duration limits are there.. Beyond that, it may cause damage to stomach or kidneys
