yes you need to visit dentist but if you want to get releif for time being then you can take any pain killer and mouthwash Enziclor for gargles

Seems like it is not getting proper space in the jaw.. Provisionally advising you to get it removed.. Better visit a good professional in your town

wassalam, u should take it out. because medicine will just help in releiving the pain. permanent solution is to visit a dentist, x ray & proper treatment.
for pain use Tab. modact IR100mg
enziclor mouth wash rinses 2 or 3 times daily for 5 days.

it's been 1 year pain comes for 4 to5 days and goes .. I have visited dentist he said its upto me if I want to remove it..

multiple episodes mean u need to remove it, in my experience even if u'll not go fr removal now than aftr sometime u'll definitly go fr it.

Aoa. u need to get it extracted because painkillers r only temporary relief. and if still u dony want to visit dentist then follow these steps at home..
1. rinse with Enzivlor mouthwash teice a day(1week)
2. rinse with salted watm water (3- 4 times for 1 week)
3. take Fastid plus as a painkiller

U can take painkiller for 3 days.. if u want to go for medication thn start an antibiotic course for this..

ur pain n swelling wll e relieved but its temporary. May be u start feeling pain after 1 month or 3 4 months.. it depends

assalamualaikum. as the pic shows there is not much space for the tooth to come out so it needs to be extracted by a skilled dentist. pain killer can give u a lil bit relief but its not treatment. u must go to take it out.
