Take pain killer (Synflex 550mg) 4 times a day for 2-3 days only & do warm salt water rinses 6-8 times a day. Agar phir bhi dard na jaye to x-ray karwa ke isey nikalwanay ka plan kren.

agar koi beemari Nahi aur Kisi dawa SE allergy Nahi hai Tou Synflex 550 mg only twice a day , niflam mouthwash with salt water rinses and revomet plus gel apply karein din me teen dafa is Jaga per Kahan dard hai
Take painkiller for pain danzen 5mg and take antibiotic for infection amoxil 550mg .warm saline rinses are advised.consult with oral and maxillofacial surgeon for extraction of wisdom theek
