you need scaling to remove tartar. a qualified orthodontist should handle your crooked teeth. this treatment is quite expensive and if you can afford 1-1 1/2 lac rupees, it will be okay, otherwise you can attend any private dental school where you can have the same treatment for far less money and under guidance of a professor or so.
must develop the habit of brushing your teeth at least twice a day.

Use flossing then do brush your teeth... Also consider treatment of your Mal alignment of teeth teeth...
