I am facing severe hairloss since the age of 14. I have used different oils, serums, shampoos and totkas but nothing worked on me. I even tried inversion method for a few days. I've visited 6 doctors in these 8 years. Used many supplements and medications. My cbc, thyroid and hormone tests are normal. In oct 2019 my Dr diagnosed me with diffuse hair loss and prescribed minoxidil and anagain for 3 months. I couldn't notice any difference after using these. Then I had 3 PRP sessions but no effect. My hair are very brittle, thin, frizzy and I lose so many hair strands just by a slight touch. I am noticing too many bald spots now. I am currently using sulphate free shampoos and eating kalonji daily. i have lost almost 80% of my hair

My sister has similar condition so it might be due to genectis.

What should we do ?
