Yes asymmetry of face, eyes and lips can occur after fillers partially because of filler type and quantity injected and partially because how the filler are perceived on your face once they are settled. Yes once the fillers are absorbed (after the specific time) the eyes may look back to normal size

U need to visit the doctor office for evaluation
you need to visit any plastic surgeon ir cosmetic surgeon to get evaluated. depending upon the type of filler, once their time period ends and surrounding structure were not affected during injection , your eye may come to its usual position. otherwise you need expert opinion
