Hi, Above on top of my hips (between the top of hips in both's center) there is a small tiny wound. It sometimes bleed. It also gets filled with pus. It is nit getting better and i dont want to go to doctor. Plz guide me about it. I also feel extreme itching on it.

This sounds like a pilonidal sinus...it is a cavity formed due to broken hair in tge natal cleft piercing into through the skin....You will have to get surgery for it if you want to get rid of it!
