Make sure that your face is completely covered when you are out of the building. No direct or indirect sunlight exposure. Whenever you feel your face has become oily just wash it with a mild soap or mild face wash. If face oily do not apply any creams or lotions or any sun block. Do not eat spinach palak. It will take few weeks to few months for your face to respond. If not, come to my clinic for examination and treatment.
