what have you used? i would recommend hydrafacial and apply mandelac cream at bedtime. use Triac facewash thrice daily.
Please apply Arynoin plus gel daily at night (only in very minimal amount using a cotton bud and apply on pimples, white / black heads). Use Teenderm Acne face wash. Use Spectraban SC gel sunscreen in the mornings.

if topical retinoid gel is used as directed it will be tolerable and effective. Acnes serum for double toned skin plus sunscreen as mentioned previously

Your face must not be left oily for a long time. You must wash your face whenever you feel it's become oily using a mild soap or a mild face wash.
