Aoa.. Asking for my cousin who is facing severe acne on face , back and shoulders. Dr prescribed her Tab. Fam 21 , but acne is not impriving after 2 months usage. Now she is having perioids and nood issues. She also took isotretionon 20mg before that for 1 month. Is there any soloution for her Acne ?

. from the prescribed medication seems like she has severe acne and now shes having side effects of medication. about non improvement of acne there can be many causes like under dose or some other trigger factor. she needs to be properly evaluated in detail by a qualified dermatologist. let me also tell you that severe acne may take 6-8 months for complete clearance. tell her to consult a dermatologist.
