Assalamoailkum main tu mostly pora din avoid e krta hn sunlight se and doctors ki medications e use kr rqha hon but no benefit

There are many treatments for such marks. But u shld visit some dr close by as u might be needing mutiple sittings for tht.

My guess after looking at your picture is that you have old acne scars. In my opinion you probably need subcision of the scars followed either by PRP or Plasma Fibroblasting or a combination of the two.
Apply melaneez cream on your dark spots at night.and u veil sunblock in the morning and noon on your face. Then visit a dermatologist after corona crisis
get proper treatment, cosmelan, hiofade, relumin...I WONT suggest BE careful using such stuff. Regards
