Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Marks

I was told by dr to use skinorean cream for acne marks left over my face But whenever I use it it causes redness on my face can anyone of u drs please suggest me the right way to use it and does it really works ? Please do ans iam very upset I need an urgent and professional suggestion please doctors you drs are our real army Please save my skin Or any other suggestion will be appreciated These are brownish in colour little small I have fair complexion
