My dermatologist prescribed me maxinoin (isotretinoin) 20mg medecine so I'm taking maxinoin from last 2 months. Now I've read that in dubai doctor's don't prescribe this medicine until having liver test. So should I continue this course for further 3 months without having liver test or I have a liver test. Pls just answer the question, I'm not looking for doctors/ appointments. As I'm already taking medicine.

yes before starting isotretinoin some investigation are important and liver function test is one of them
LFTs.test recommended...but also you need understand this medication causes lot of dry skin and need to apply moisture daily and drink plenty of water ..avoid going directly under sun.

Yes all workup for isotretinoin is must before starting and monitoring them too
